Terms: Cash or certified check with proper ID. Personal and business checks and unknown buyers will be subject to finger printing. All buyers must register for bid number prior to bidding. Nothing to be removed until the terms are complied with. The Auctioneers make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. All removal and security is the responsibility of the buyers. Everything will be sold in its “as-is” condition with any and all faults. The disconnection of equipment must be done by qualified personnel with all electric and water lines capped, in accordance to with any state or federal laws. Removal times: All items must be removed and debris hauled away from the site by Thursday January 7th, 2010. Any announcements made auction day takes precedence over any printed material. Buyer’s Premium: a standard 10% Buyer’s Premium is to be charged on all purchases and added to the high bid to determine the total invoice amount.
