Not responsible for theft or accidents. Removal: A 3 day removal time allowed. Extensions possible under certain circumstances. All removal is to be done in accordance to any state or federal laws. All electrical and water lines to be capped when disconnected. Refrigerant will be pumped down prior to the sale. Sale order: 9 AM, groceries, 1 PM equipment front to back of the store, we may run two auction rings at the same time, so be prepared. Inspection: You may view the items on Friday March 7th, from 10 am to 4 pm, and the morning of the auction.
