Unknown Buyers writing checks without bank guarantee will be subject to finger printing.   Normal auctioneer terms to apply.  Illinois sales tax to be charge on all items.  Buyers Premium:   A standard 10% Buyers Premium to be charged and addend to the total invoice.  Everything is sold in “as-is”where-is” condition with no guarantees.  Viewing/Removal:  you may stop by and view the items all week from 9:00 to 4 PM and the morning of the auction.  Most of the items won’t be there until late Thursday.   Removal the day of the auction and the next day on Sunday.  Fork lift available on Sat/Sunday only.
