This year we will have the normal building materials and trusses along with a lot of flood damage material. New horse/cattle gates, coral panels, & related items.

Terms:  Cash or good check with proper I D.  Bank letter of credit for unknown buyers.  People without letter of credit writing checks will be subject to finger printing. Buyers Premium: Standard 10% buyer’s premium to be charged on all items and added to the final invoice amount.  Sales Tax:  7% Illinois Sales tax to be charged on all items unless you show proof of sales tax certificate.  Fork lift available on Saturday and Sunday only.  Everything will be sold in “as-is-where-is” condition.  Any announcements made sale day takes precedence over all printed material. Auctioneer’s Note: This is our spring auction and we expect a lot of merchandise.  Stop by and take a look. Most items will be there by Friday.  We will start selling inside at 10 and outside at 1PM on lumber and trusses.  List subject to change, more items coming in.
